Revenge is wrong. Violence can only be used in direct defense from imminent/active aggression.

I'm sure people will find a way to rationalize it. It's still revenge. It's still wrong.

Revenge is best served cold. Be sure. Be double-sure. Silence. No gloating or documenting. Be on business in a remote city when things happen. Keep receipts and have witnesses.

What part of "imminent" or "active" is not happening now? Still, be double-sure, and wait for perfection to arrive.

Don't watch "Fargo" for tips.

By the logic employed by Mr. Brass, we should certainly have never interfered with Hitler since the Germans did not attack us. And if our wife, daughter or son should be raped or murdered, well, let's just say a little prayer and hope that it was more or less painless. One would also have to oppose any form of capital punishment. There are those who think this way, and that is their right indeed.

However, as one of those 100 head, minimum, supporters of Ms. B, and a number of others, the point is not so much revenge as remedially corrective measures. If a war is being fought ( and for those whose heads are not either buried in sand or inserted into their nether orifices, it is quite obvious that it is being fought even now ) then removing 100 enemies who want to kill you, is a good strategy.

As the phenomenal Oleg Volk has stated, human beings understand reason and debate; predators understand only lethal force. So for any one person of the group of humans who live by the Constitution, who is killed by a predator, then 100 predators will be removed from the scene. Others are free ( at least for now ) to pontificate on what they consider right or wrong... but while such people may be content to discuss and debate as they are being herded into the boxcars, there are others who have fought for this country before and have not forgotten what measures are sometimes needed.

Brass, you don't understand. Islam is at war with the world, including Americans.

Literal war.

And it's all mine, Brass. Tell you what. You stand over there and cluck-cluck about the morality of the thing, and I'll take the heads. Then you can tell your grandchildren, when they ask you what you did to get rid of those Moslems, you can tell them you made judgements about the people who did it. Cry me a river.

Yes, revenge is wrong. But, war is war, and that, is a whole different beast.

I see it more as a preemptive action.

Only government's fear of you keeps you free. Never has that been more obvious than with this current government.

A few things here: those who are causing all of this trouble DO fear death. It is the ending to all they do and are. They only believe in themselves and not a Creator. So fear is real and on-going for them.

Secondly, I don't think it would take 100 heads to stop this madness. Take off the head of the snake and you kill the snake. THis is a multi-headed snake, but one box of ammo should do the job, if used judiciously.

And lastly, this IS war. Revenge is another animal. We are trying to stop this country from falling to corruption. Was it revenge that caused the colonists to exact Revolution on the King?

"When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. When the government fears the people, there is liberty." I don't thnik Mr. Jefferson had revenge in mind when he penned those words.
